About Crown Chimney Sweep Co
A Boston chimney service built on safety, craftsmanship and honest advice.
Dedicated to Keeping Boston Homes Safe
Crown Chimney Sweep Co is a professional chimney service based in Boston, Massachusetts. We specialize in chimney sweeping, inspections and fireplace cleaning for homeowners who want a safe, efficient and beautiful fireplace.
New England winters are long, and your fireplace works hard. Over time, soot and creosote build up inside the flue and can restrict airflow or ignite. Our mission is simple: remove that risk, explain what we find and help you enjoy every fire with confidence.
Our technicians are trained to work safely at height, protect your property and communicate clearly, because the best service is the one you never have to worry about.
The Standard We Hold Ourselves To
Safety Above All
Every job follows strict safety practices, including fall protection on roofs and careful handling of tools and debris.
Quality Workmanship
We use professional-grade rods, brushes and vacuums, and we never rush a job to save time.
Respect for Your Home
Drop cloths, shoe covers and a thorough clean-up leave your space exactly as we found it.
Honest Advice
We only recommend work your chimney actually needs, and we show you why.
Reliable & Punctual
Clear appointment times and prompt arrival, because your time matters.
Skilled Technicians
Experienced crews who understand masonry, flues, caps and the many chimney types found in Boston homes.
Professional Equipment, Careful Process
Quality starts with preparation. We arrive with a fully stocked service van and lay out our equipment before the first brush goes in. Flexible rods and purpose-built brushes reach every section of the flue, while a high-suction vacuum captures fine particles at the source.
- Rotary and manual brush systems for every flue type
- Floor and furniture protection throughout the job
- Visual inspection of firebox, damper and chimney cap
- Plain-language findings after every visit
